In 2018, the DUNI foundry continued with its cycle of investing in infrastructure which covered the following projects implemented in this year:

• an awning was built for the courtyard
• complete restoration of the room, installations and machines in the manufacturing section of the casting cutting and grinding process
• new automatic door was installed on the melting furnace
• handling of models in the cabinet storage area was completely reorganised by mounting movable cabinet shelves
